Low Profile Perfect Fit for Awkward Ceiling Voids
The Dacre Street project, situated in Westminster near St James’s Park, is a seven-storey office building designed by Darling Associates. Spanning 20,000 sq ft, the building's office spaces were limited by low ceiling heights. OneMEP faced challenges in sourcing Heat Recovery units that could accommodate these restricted ceiling voids.
S&P provided the perfect solution with the SLIM unit, specifically designed to accommodate low-ceiling spaces. Not only did the SLIM unit fit perfectly within the limited ceiling heights, but it also offered a cost-effective option compared to other market alternatives. Furthermore, the unique maintenance access feature of the S&P Slim eliminated the need for large access panels in the ceiling voids, simplifying the installation process
Not only was the SLIM the perfect size for awkward ceiling voids, opting for the SLIM unit offered a more economical solution compared to other market alternatives, delivering value without sacrificing quality. The unit's unique maintenance access eliminated the need for large access panels in the ceiling voids, simplifying the installation process and reducing complexities.
